Molly, who was raised in Pennsylvania and began her professional career in Philadelphia at the Prince Music Theater at 13 years old. She was in The Snow Queen. She played Little Red Ridinghood shortly after in the Arden Theater s Into the Woods production in which she was awarded an Barrymore Award nomination. In 2002, she played the role of Little Red Ridinghood in Into the Woods in Broadway aged 15 and received the Drama League Award nomination. Molly played the role in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof (2004). She then attended Princeton University where she was an active member of the Triangle Club and graduated in 2008 with a B.A. Then she attended Princeton University, where she was part of the Triangle Club and received a bachelor's degree in the year 2008. In college, Molly made her acting debut with Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly has been in Off-Broadway productions, such as End Days, at Ensemble Studio Theater. Molly is a part of several regional productions, including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and the Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre and Westport Country Players' production of The Diary of Anne Frank. She played Anne. Molly's most well-known role was on the set of Paranormal Activity 2 (2010), in which she portrays Ali the 17-year-old daughter. She also starred in Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written by and starring Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, which was held in 2008.
