Dina originates from Forest Hills in Queens. New York. But she relocated into Dix Hills on Long Island right before the end of her junior year. Her brothers include Gregory the elder brother of her as well as Evan. At the age of 9 till 16, she started working in the entertainment business through acting. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among the actors that received this instruction. She was cast in Beverly Hills,90210 and had to relocate in Los Angeles to take the role. Her first role was in Johnny Mnemonic. She did all the stunts of the film and established her as an athlete actor.
